ADDING NEW ITEMS TO THE STORE

Please note we are working hard to bring you hoodies, hats, and rain jackets. These items are requested often and we are in the process of bringing them to the store. Please check back often and make sure to subscribe to our email list for future updates.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders ship within 1 business day (excluding holidays) from Los Angeles, California. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to locate your parcel.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA Economy: 3-5 business days
USA Express: 1-2 business days
International Economy: 7-10 business days
International Express: 3-5 business days


***Duties, taxes and other fees may be charged upon delivery of international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and AV will not refund the abandoned order.


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please check our size guides, product information, and images, as we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a flaw with your item. Anonymous for the Voiceless is a not-for-profit organization and we dedicate our funds to supporting our street activism. If you need a different size or style, we suggest donating the one you have to a friend or family member and purchasing a new correct one for yourself.

OFFICIAL AV MERCHANDISE

The only merchandise created and approved by Anonymous for the Voiceless is sold, here, on our website, www.anonymousforthevoiceless.org. Please note that there are other websites claiming to sell AV gear, but these are knockoffs and fakes. Our products are sourced with the animals, the environment and your health as top priorities, and all merchandise proceeds go to our street activism through our non-profit. By purchasing non-official merchandise you are most likely supporting non-ethical people and industries.

+ What is the shipping cost?

Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the parcel and your location. They will be automatically calculated and shown to you at checkout.

+ How long does the shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA Economy: 3-5 business days

USA Express: 1-2 business days

International Economy: 7-10 business days

International Express: 3-5 business days

You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking link to locate your parcel. Keep in mind that the tracking link might take up to 24 hours to be activated.

+ I have placed an order, but I just realized it was the wrong size/item. What do I do? How can I cancel my order?

All our orders ship within 1 business day. To accomplish such a fast turnaround, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. Please make sure to confirm all order details before submitting.

+ Where is my order shipped from?

Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles, California, and all products are shipped from there.

+ My order has arrived, but I only received part of my order. Will I be receiving multiple packages?

We process your order and send everything at once, so if you haven’t received part of your order, use to Customer Service Form to contact us.

+ It doesn’t seem as if you ship to my country. Why is that?
