If you wish to return your order for a refund, please email us your order number and the reason for the return.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully and check our size guides, product information, and images, as we do not offer refunds unless there is a flaw with your item. Our sizes are European. (Please note: Each size on the EU scale is equivalent to one size smaller on the US scale. For example, EU Medium = US Small.)

+ What is the shipping cost?
Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the parcel and your location. We provide tracked and signed shipping for all regions except for the United Kingdom.
+ How long does the shipping take?
All United Kingdom orders are shipped via Royal Mail and should arrive to you within 3 to 5 business days after the shipping confirmation is received. Please be aware that it may take a couple of days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
The estimated delivery times for other regions are as follows:
Europe: 7–10 business days
US & Canada: 7–14 business days
Oceania: 7–14 days
Other regions: 5–7 days
You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use the tracking link to locate your parcel. Keep in mind that the tracking link might take up to 24 hours to be activated.
+ I have placed an order, but I just realized it was the wrong size/item. What do I do? How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed and shipped yet, we can edit or cancel your order. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can so we can modify your order before it is on its way to you.
+ Where is my order shipped from?
Our warehouse is based in the United Kingdom, and everything is shipped from there.
+ I received an email about an unsuccessful delivery attempt. What happens now?
Send us an email at email@example.com with your shipping address, and we will organise another delivery for you.
Before you place your order, make sure to double-check the spellings, street number, unit number, and so on to avoid a delay in your delivery.
+ My order has arrived, but I only received part of my order. Will I be receiving multiple packages?
We process your order and send everything at once, so if you haven’t received part of your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the rest of your order.
+ Why is the merchandise so expensive?
Our clothing is made of organic cotton and has been ethically sourced. For printing, we also use ink that is vegan and environmentally friendly. The prices ensure that we can source high-quality, ethical clothing, cover the admin fees and warehouse costs, and be able to operate our online shop.
+ It doesn’t seem as if you ship to my country. Why is that?
We ship internationally. If you can’t find your country in the list of countries, let us know so we can correct this.
